If, at the time you receive your order, the products purchased through our site do not meet your requirements, you may return your order and request a refund.

You can return purchases made on here-store.com within 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered.

RETURN CRITERIA

You can get a full refund of the value of the products purchased by returning the purchased merchandise within 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered. If the return is made outside of this period or if the item shows signs of wear/damage or is not returned in its original packaging, the Here Store will not accept the return and will not issue a refund. The exchange of merchandise is only possible if the product is intact (unused), and with the original label / tag, packaging, and receipt of purchase. So take everything with you and exchange your order in store, or follow the procedure to make your free return!

CRITERIA FOR MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

Here Store makes merchandise exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product purchased from here-store.com, go to one AW LAB store and make the exchange (subject to availability of the item), no later than 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered. The exchange of goods is only possible if the product is intact (unused), and with the original label / tag, packaging, and receipt of purchase. So bring everything with you and exchange your items at the store for free!

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products are inspected by the Store Manager or by our Quality Assurance staff: if the problem is a manufacturing defect or deviates from factory specifications, we can either replace the product for you (if it is still available), exchange it for one of equal value, or reimburse you with a return voucher.
Otherwise, a refund or replacement of the product will not be possible if the problem was caused by reasons not related to the quality of the material or the assembly process, or in the cases listed below:
1. products damaged due to improper use or negligence (exposure to chemical or caustic substances, open flames, high heat, sharp objects, machine washing, etc.).
2. products damaged due to improper use or activities other than those for which they are intended (i.e. use of running shoes for field sports, or hiking shoes as work footwear, etc.).
Note: the life expectancy of products purchased on here-store.com depends on the individual use of the product, on the conditions of use themselves, and on the owner's habits. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear that have exceeded their reasonable product life expectancy will not be replaced.
You may return defective or faulty products within two years from the date your order is delivered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, follow the instructions:
1. Find the "Return an Item" form through the “Customer Service” section of our website to make your return request.
2. Enter the order number you wish to return, and the email address associated with your order. If your order is not found, please check the order number you have entered. If it is correct, this means that your order was placed more than 30 days ago and you can no longer request a return.
3. The list of ordered items will then appear, from which you must select the items, the quantity to be returned and the reason for return.
4. In the event that your order has been paid in cash on delivery, you will also be asked for the data to make the refund transfer, that is:

 

• Account holder (Name and Surname)

• IBAN

• Banck name

5. Once you have filled out the “Easy Returns” form, you will receive a confirmation email for your return request, with instructions for how to proceed with the return.
6. At the same time, you will receive an email from the UPS courier to choose how to get your return shipping label.
7. In the UPS email, select the “GET SHIPPING LABEL” option to print and stick the label to the outside of the package, or select the “GET MOBILE CODE” option, to receive a barcode to keep on your phone and to show once you choose the UPS Access Point to bring your return to.
8. Choose the UPS Access Point that suits you best at the following link: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=it_IT

. Deliver your package here with the label already attached or show the “mobile code” you received.
9. UPS will ship your return to our warehouse.
10. Make sure the items you wish to return are packed in the same condition as you received them, unused and undamaged, with the original label/box in the case of clothing and original box in the case of footwear.
Shipping costs are covered entirely by HERE STORE.STORE.
Compar S.p.A. only after the product is received and its integrity verified will a refund be made, equal to the price of the product only.
Up to 15 days may elapse between receipt of the returned product in the warehouse and the refund, which may be necessary to take charge and process the return.

REFUNDS

The length of time your returned merchandise spend in transit is beyond our control, but as soon as your return is received, it will be processed as quickly as possible.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will proceed to refund the items you sent back, using the method you used when placing your order. Several days may elapse from the time of the cancellation for the crediting of the credit card, and it may take about 10 working days from the time the transfer is made to receive a refund by bank transfer (D. Lgsl. 206/2005).

REFUND METHODS

If you used credit card payment to make your purchase, the (full) price of the returned items will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used. The time it takes to credit your account may vary from one bank to another.
If you used a PayPal account, the price of the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
If you used payment on delivery, the amount of the returned items will be refunded by a transfer to your bank account. For this reason, when filling out the return form you will need to provide the following information about your bank account:
1. Account holder (Name and Surname)
2. IBAN
3. BIC/SWIFT
4. Name of your bank
Up to 15 days may elapse between receipt of the returned product in the warehouse and the refund, which may be necessary to take charge and process the return. If you have not been reimbursed after 15 days from the date your return is received at the warehouse, send an email to our Customer Service filling out our FORM to request information.
