1. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
2. It is not possible to agree on times for the collection of goods.
3. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
4. Delivery costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.

You can track your order by consulting the TRACK ORDER section or by accessing the ORDERS section of your personal area (after logging in on LOGIN OR REGISTER). Go to the order details by clicking on the ORDER No. You wish to track and click on LINK TRACKING in the ORDER STATUS column. You will be redirected to the website of the courier in charge of the shipment, where you can find the most up-to-date information available. Note that you will not be able to track your order via the web until the courier has updated their system with information for the location of your order. It is therefore possible that in the first day after the confirmation of the order, despite being in possession of the link for the location, the information is not available. However, normally the courier updates their information within one business day from the moment you receive the link, so if you don't find them at that time, try again later. The status of an order can be respectively:
This indicates that your order has been received by the system but has not yet been processed by our order management team. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order.
This indicates that your order has been transferred to the warehouse and that the preparation of the items for shipment has been completed.
This indicates that the order has left the warehouse and is now with the courier.
This indicates that the courier has already delivered your order. You can click on the courier's localisation link, provided alongside this status, and see where your parcel is currently located. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the link for tracking it.
This indicates that the return has been received and taken in by our warehouse.
RETURN IN PROCESS
This indicates that the return is being processed.
This indicates that the return has been completed and the relevant credit/refund note has been issued.
This indicates that your order has been cancelled and you will therefore no longer receive the goods ordered. In this case, you will receive an email informing you of the circumstances.
