GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
PRODUCT DELIVERY
At here-store.com you can choose one of these three types of delivery:
- STANDARD DELIVERY: Your purchases will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch*.
Cost: €7.00 for orders under €69.99; free of charge for orders over €69.99. Cash on delivery costs an additional €5.00.
- UPS ACCESS POINT DELIVERY (Buy online and pick your order up from an UPS Access Point): your purchases will be delivered within 3-5 business days *to the UPS pick-up location of your choice via UPS courier.
Cost: €7.00 for orders under €69.99; free of charge for orders over €69.99.
In the case of UPS Access Point delivery, you can collect your order from the UPS Access Point of your choice within 10 days of the delivery date, simply by showing your ID to the retailer. In case you are unable to pick up your order, you can delegate a person to pick up your order.
The authorized must bring:
· Written permission from the person the order is addressed to
· A photocopy of an ID document belonging to the person is addressed to..
** Delivery will be made approximately within five working days from the date of order confirmation. For orders placed with UPS Access Point delivery, delivery to the UPS Access Point of your choice will occur approximately five business days from the date of order confirmation. Compar S.p.A. will not be responsible for any delays. Delivery will be made exclusively within Italian territory.
**Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses: you will receive an email with a link to track each delivery made. You will not be charged with any additional fees
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made as:
· Cash on delivery (for orders with a total amount less than or equal to €400, an in-cash payment may be made to the courier at the time of delivery.);
· Visa / Visa Electron / Mastercard / Postepay cards accepted
· PayPal
· Scalapay
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty working days of receiving merchandise. To use the right of withdrawal, fill out the appropriate online return form, found under “Return an Item” in the “Customer Service” section of our site.
Assistance will be available for all free return services from 13/09/2021 to 31/03/2022!

Up to 15 days may elapse between receipt of the returned product in the warehouse and the refund, which may be necessary to take charge and process the return.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in the previous point, the customer may alternatively request product replacement within thirty days from the date of delivery at AW LAB stores. The product you are requesting a replacement for must be intact and complete with original packaging. Replacement requests must be made by presenting the purchase receipt. The product may be replaced with another of equal or greater value (in this case by integrating the price).
WARRANTY
Product purchase is subject to Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on contracts of sale and warranties concerning consumer merchandise and/or the specific provisions of the Civil Code. The warranty concerns products featuring conformity defects and cannot be invoked in cases of negligence and/or carelessness in the use and/or maintenance of the product.

Purchases made from the here-store.com website must be made exclusively by persons of legal age. Each part of the forms to exercise the right of withdrawal and product return must be signed only by persons of age.
APPLICABLE LAW
Contracts are understood to be finalized in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
