AW LAB CLUB is our loyalty program that gives you points when you buy our products, gets you access to dedicated promotions and exclusive initiatives, and keeps you updated on all the news.

You can join the CLUB online through the AW LAB or HER3 websites, by creating an account here, or through the LAB CLUB APP by downloading it to your device. In store, by asking our staff or through the interactive displays, where present.

After signing up, you will receive a Welcome email to confirm your CLUB registration.

If you are a member of AW LAB CLUB, you can earn a point for every €1 spent in stores participating in the initiative, for online purchases and on the AW LAB CLUB app. Check out the full rules here.

For in store purchases, your points will appear within one business day. For online purchases, your points will be credited 30 days after the date of purchase. These points will be “pending” for thirty days, and will be credited after this date.

Yes! All points accumulated will be reset to zero when the program ends on 30/04/2024. Review the terms and conditions here.
However, your benefits will not be lost, as they expire 4 months after the corresponding points threshold is achieved.

All products in the stores participating in the program, on the site and on the AW LAB CLUB APP contribute to accumulating points.

Upon reaching certain levels/points thresholds, you will be eligible for rewards and services based on the level, as according to the program structure below:

Your AW LAB CLUB BESTIE (€10) and HOMIE (€20) Discount Vouchers can be redeemed at participating stores and on aw-lab.com. The value of the Discount Vouchers can be spent in one lump sum or split into multiple purchases. Multiple Discount Vouchers corresponding to the BESTIE (€10) and HOMIE (€20) levels may be used at the same time.

However, they may not be used:

Validity: 4 months after reaching the points threshold.

Online, once logged in by selecting the payment option at the checkout. Multiple Discount Vouchers corresponding to the BESTIE (€10) and HOMIE (€20) levels may be used at the same time.

In store, by showing the email or phone number associated with the AW LAB CLUB profile to our staff.

You can redeem your BIRTHDAY discount (20%) at participating stores, on aw-lab.com and on the AW LAB CLUB APP.

However, they may not be used:

Validity: usable one time only from Monday through Sunday of the birthday week

In store, by showing the email or phone number associated with the AW LAB CLUB profile to our staff.

When you reach the threshold corresponding to 850 points (“FAM!” level), you will get a 30% promotion valid on your next purchase. You can redeem the discount at participating stores, on aw-lab.com and on the AW LAB CLUB APP.

The promotion maynot be used:

Once you log in, free shipping will be applied automatically at the checkout.

In the event of a return, points can only be earned on the difference between the price of the new product(s) purchased and the value of the replacement product. In case of return of a product purchased using a discount Discount Voucher, the return voucher issued will be equal to the value of products purchased. The Discount Voucher and promotion will not be re-credited.

Yes. Nike Air Force 1, Nike Dunk, Jordan 1, adidas Yeezy Boost, New Balance 550, adidas Campus, Spezial and Samba are excluded from the use of CLUB Vouchers.
