“AW LAB CLUB PROGRAM 2023”
DURATION
The Initiative is subject to the following time terms:
o Point Accumulation Period from May 8, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
In order to guarantee the same conditions of participation for Initiative participants, it is specified that the 20% Birthday Discount, which may be used one time only between the Monday and Sunday of the birthday week, will be awarded until May 7, 2024.
TERRITORY
Italian Territory and the Republic of San Marino.
PARTICIPANTS
Participating stores include AW LAB and HERE outlets on the AW LAB CLUB circuit a list is available at: https://www.aw-lab.com/negozi.
The www.aw-lab.com and https://www.herestore.com websites, as well as the AW LAB CLUB App are also participating in the aforementioned territories and their correlating e-commerce domains.
AW LAB Outlets are not participating in the Initiative. Any activities involving Points of Sale located outside the national territory and the related benefits, including those offered byCompar S.p.A., are NOT associated with this Initiative.
RECIPIENTS
The Initiative is aimed at individuals of legal age (as according to Consumer Code Legislative Decree. 206 of September 6, 2005 - Art. 3, comma 1, lett. a)) registered with the AW LAB Club (hereinafter referred to as "CLUB" for brevity).
AW LAB CLUB
AW LAB Club membership can be obtained at AW LAB stores, via the www.aw-lab.com and https://www.here-store.com websites, or using the AW LAB App for free. Persons registering with the CLUB must provide personal data and identification for the person concerned, which are processed in compliance with privacy regulations. Any natural person over 18 years of age (consumer, as according to Consumer Code Legislative Decree. 206 of September 6, 2005 - Art. 3, comma 1, lett. a)) may join the CLUB and access benefits reserved for members, including access to this promotional Initiative or others about which they will be informed.

This promotional Initiative involves point accumulation based on purchases made, resulting in the attainment of statuses that provide access to specific benefits, as detailed below:
PURCHASES MADE AT PHYSICAL OUTLETS
During the Initiative period, as indicated in the paragraph "DURATION", Customers participating in the AW LAB Club who make purchases at a participating Point of Sale, will be awarded one point for every full Euro of purchases made, including VAT, and must to this end identify themselves by providing information regarding their Club membership to the staff at the till before the final balance of purchases has been calculated.
Points will be automatically credited to the person's personal profile at the same time as the purchase is made.
Exemple:
total purchase of €1.00 = 1 point;
total purchase of €1.50 = 1 point;
total purchase of €3.90 = 3 points and so on.
Points will be loaded immediately, barring any system issues at the close of the receipt - the Club member will be able to see their updated Points balance directly on the receipt.
Any purchases made using Gift Cards exclusively at participating Stores (Gift Cards cannot be used for Site/App purchases) will only count toward the accrual of Points for the difference, if positive, between the amount per receipt and the value of the Gift card used.
WEB AND APP PURCHASES
Customers participating in the AW LAB Club and purchasing through the www.aw-lab.com and https://www.here-store.com websites or through the AW LAB CLUB App will be able to participate in this Initiative and receive one point for every full Euro of purchases made, including VAT, by logging in to their personal profile (or re-registering in the case of not previously having been enrolled in the CLUB) before payment is completed. Gift Cards may not be used for Site/App purchases.
The purchase will be automatically associated with the Customer's profile, to which the points will be credited.
In the event that the transaction takes place without logging in and/or without the prior completion of the procedure described above, it will not be possible to associate the purchase with the person's profile and no Points credit will be given. In case of non-identification, the corresponding Points will be lost: in fact, once the receipt has/has not been issued or the Site/App transaction is concluded, it will not be possible to recover them.
Requests for Points credit made after a purchase has concluded will not be processed Requests to award Points for purchases made prior to Club membership will also not be accepted.
Points will be credited 30 days after the date of purchase. Until the 30th day, points will be "on hold" and will be credited only when this date expires.
Interested parties will be able to check their Points balance in the AW LAB CLUB reserved area at www.aw-lab.com and https://www.here-store.com e nell’App AW LAB CLUB.
General conditions (valid for all channels)
The closing total of the receipt will be taken as the reference for awarding points, this includes the net amount of discounts, Vouchers etc. paid. Shipping costs, cash-on-delivery charges, and the cost of shoppers do not count toward Point accumulation. All products that may not be promoted in accordance with current regulations are excluded from the event, and therefore not eligible for point accumulation. Points accrued for purchases made with the same Card at different participating Stores and/or via Site/App are added together automatically. The purchase of Gift Card at physical Points of Sale (not purchasable at aw.lab.com) allows the purchaser to accumulate a number of Points equal to the cost of the Gift Card itself Therefore the use of the Gift Card will only result in Point accumulation for any purchase cost incurred in excess of its value. Participants may access a range of levels in the Initiative, which are defined by the number of Points accumulated Each level allows for different rewards and benefits, as indicated in the "BENEFITS DESCRIPTION" section. Requests for Point attribution will not be accepted for purchases made prior to registration in the Initiative or at Points of Sale that join the Initiative after the purchase was made. I Points accumulated by the same individual that pertain to two separate Participant accounts, even if belonging to the same individual, cannot be combined. All Points accumulated during this Initiative will be reset to zero once the Initiative concludes and will not count toward accumulation in any subsequent Initiatives, unless otherwise indicated during this Initiative. II An updated accumulated Points balance may be displayed on the receipt of the last purchase may also be found in the personal area of aw-lab.com and here-store.com websites on the AW LAB CLUB App or by requesting it in store. The Promoter reserves the right to propose better terms and conditions for Participants, such as special Initiatives, including for limited time periods, which will include additional Point accumulation in connection with the purchase of specific products, including in special combinations, duplicate and/or additional Points based on various promotional and/or marketing activities, including accelerators for additional Point accumulation or during particular promotion periods. These conditions will be brought to the attention of Participants in the manner provided for the main Initiative to be communicated.
BENEFIT DETAILS
Upon reaching the stipulated Points thresholds, each CLUB Participant will gain access to the relevant level and its associated benefits without the need for any affirmative action ("request") on the part of the Participant.
The expected benefits, which can also be found at aw-lab.com, here-store.com and on the App, are as follows:

In addition to the benefits/bonuses/discounts set forth in this terms and conditions document, the Promoter reserves the right to provide different and additional benefits/bonuses/discounts during the course of the Initiative, of which due notice will be given to the Participants by such means as are deemed appropriate at the time.
HOW TO USE BENEFITS
Participants will be able to enjoy the Discount Vouchers/Discounts from 24 hours after the release of the accumulated Points and subsequent awarding of the achieved Level. All Discount Vouchers/Discounts obtained can be used within 4 months of reaching the corresponding Points threshold (except for the 20% Birthday Discount). To take advantage of the Discounts on the aw-lab.com and here-store.com websites and through the APP, you will need to log in and enter the respective Voucher code as provided via email or accessed through My Account To make the most of the Discount Vouchers, the one chosen at the checkout will have to be selected before proceeding with payment. To make the most of in-store benefits, you will need to provide the email or phone number associated with your AW LAB Club profile to the till operator.
Percentage Discounts ("FAM" Level and "Birthday Discount") can be used at participating Points of Sale in Italy, on the Sites and via the App.
Regarding the use of Discount Vouchers provided for the BESTIE (€10.00) and HOMIE (€20.00) levels, it should be noted that:
o They may be combined
o They may be used, at the request of the person to whom they apply, on a subsequent purchase
o They may all be spent on a single purchase or split over several purchases
o They may be used for purchases made only at participating Points of Sale in Italy and on the Sites
o They may not be used on the App
o They are not combinable with other Vouchers and/or discounts from ongoing Initiatives or promotions
o They may not be converted into cash
Discount Vouchers and Percentage Discounts ("FAM" Level and "Birthday Discount") may not be used:
o to purchase items that are on sale and/or being promoted
o to purchase selected items as communicated on the website at https://www.aw- lab.com/awlab-club, html#best seller
o to purchase Gift cards
o for purchases at AW LAB outlets
o They may not be combined with other Vouchers and/or discounts from Initiatives, Club promotions or "employee" Discount Vouchers.
Claiming the Discount is the sole responsibility of the Customer who intends to participate in the Initiative In the event that the Customer does not exercise this right within the terms provided by the mechanics specified herein, the Promoter may in no event be held liable for the loss of the rights of the Customer.
RETURN VOUCHERS
For the exchange of purchased products requested at the Store where the product was purchased, the Club member may choose either to replace the purchased Product with another available one and pay the difference, if any, or to receive a return voucher with a value equal to the purchase price of the exchanged Product.
The use of the return voucher does not count toward the Point accumulation Any difference between the price of the product(s) purchased and the value of the return voucher used, will rounded down.
Return vouchers may not be used for Site/App purchases.
In the case of return vouchers used for the partial or total return of products on which Discount Vouchers have been used, the Discount Vouchers used will not be credited back. For returned products that have been purchased through the Site/App and in store, AW LAB reserves the right to proceed with the reversal of any Points accumulated against the purchase of the product(s) subsequently returned, as well as their respective benefits. The aforementioned cancellation will take place within 31 days from the date of purchase.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
This Initiative is reserved for AW LAB Club members Collected data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations and with the consent given by members upon registering for AW LAB.
In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, Participants may at any time access this data or request their modification or deletion or object to their use by writing to the Promoter at the registered office indicated above.
MEANS OF COMMUNICATION OF THE INITIATIVE
The promoter reserves the right to communicate the Initiative to recipients through newsletters, website, in-store materials and other communication channels it may wish to adopt as needed.
The official version of this document containing the terms and conditions of the Initiative is kept at PRAGMATICA PLUS S.r.l. with headquarters at Galleria dei Legionari Trentini, 5 - 38122 Trento (TN) - VAT No. and Tax Code 02471610226 - info@pragmatica.plus as the entity delegated by the Promoter to for domiciliation purposes of the documentation related to this Initiative.
A copy that is excerpted but identical in content will be available for the duration of the Initiative at participating Points of Sale, on the www.aw-lab.com and www.here-store.com websites, and on the AW LAB CLUB App. Customers will be informed in advance of any changes that (respecting the rights acquired by Participants) may be made to this document during the course of the Initiative in the same manner as reserved for this document.
Eventuali modifiche che (nel rispetto dei diritti acquisiti dai partecipanti) dovessero essere apportate al presente documento nel corso dello svolgimento dell’iniziativa saranno preventivamente comunicate ai Clienti con le medesime modalità di comunicazione riservate al presente documento.
FINAL NOTES
For anything not expressly provided for in the Regulations, Italian law will be implemented.
