AW LAB CLUB MEMBERSHIP

AW LAB CLUB membership can be obtained through the following three methods:

- IN STORE

Obtain membership directly in Store by providing the required personal contact details, including an email address and a mobile phone number, to an AW LAB staff member at the till. The AW LAB staff member will then enter these details into the AW LAB CLUB management system. When registering forthe AW LAB CLUB the Applicant must read and accept these Regulations, confirm that they have read the privacy policy and, if necessary, give their consent for data processing as they deem appropriate. The new member will receive a welcome email confirming their membership in the AW LAB CLUB.

- VIA SITE

When accessing the AW LAB CLUB sections of https://www.aw-lab.com/ and https://www.here-store.com websites the Applicant must insert the personal contact data expressly indicated as necessary, including an email address and mobile phone number. The Applicant must also accept these Regulations, confirm that they have read the privacy policy, and express their consent for data processing as they deem appropriate.

- VIA APP

By downloading the AW LAB App (available free of charge from the App Store or Google Play, for mobile devices with iOS operating systems 11.0 or above, and for Android operating systems 4.4 or above) and entering the personal information expressly indicated as necessary, including an email address and mobile phone number. If the data subject is a registered user of the Site and/or App, confirmation of data previously entered, along with the addition of any missing data will be sufficient.
During registration, Applicants must accept these Regulations, confirm that they have read the privacy policy, and express consent for data processing as they deem appropriate.

It is specified that regardless of the channel and method used for Club registration, one single account may be linked to a specific email address and mobile phone number only.
When first logging in tothe Members' Area of the AW LAB CLUB on the https://www.aw-lab.com/ or on https://www.here-store.com websites, the member must define a secure personal password to be used for all subsequent logins.
Any changes to an AW LAB CLUB member's personal data must be communicated by email to privacy@aw-lab.com; alternatively, users may change their information in the Members' Area. .
By subscribing to the AW LAB CLUB, you accept these Regulations and the conditions detailed herein.

Once you have successfully registered, you will be able to enjoy the AW LAB CLUB member benefits from your first purchase or, for in-Store registration,from the purchase made when requesting Club membership.

Information about active benefits will be updated in the AW LAB CLUB Members' Area at the same time as the action that activates it (with or without making a purchase) is taken, subject to necessary update times.

To access AW LAB CLUB benefits and rewards, the member must provide the till operator with proof of AW LAB CLUB membership before the receipt is printed, by indicating the email address used during registration in the AW LAB CLUB. For online purchases, the member must log into the Members' Area of the https://www.aw-lab.com/ or https://www.here-store.com websites before the transaction has concluded. Reward accumulation and use in Store will not be possible if the member does not provide the data necessary to verify their Club membership to the till operator.

Rewards/benefits accumulated through the AW LAB CLUB will be available at the times and under the conditions indicated by the individual promotion and its relevant public promise, which may be defined in the same regulations where provided by the rules or terms and conditions of promotional initiatives.

For activities that imply point accumulation or electronic proofs of purchase in the Members' Area, regulations applicable to these points will be detailed exclusively in the regulations of the relevant promotion.

Depending on the configuration of the promotion in question, promotional activities may be publicized through in-Store material displays, billboards, in-Store radio, print, TV, Internet and social media, as well as via email to Club members who have consented to being sent promotional/advertising communications as indicated in the notice given at the time of their registration with the AW LAB CLUB and/or any subsequent updates.

Any lack of benefit accumulation resulting from incorrect communication of data to in-Store staff at the time of purchase cannot be challenged.

Under no circumstances may the rewards/benefits accumulated by one member of the AW LAB CLUB be transferred to another member, including in the case of accumulation of points/proofs of purchase, or if ID is provided.

AW LAB CLUB membership does not expire.

Compar reserves the right to canceland cease providing the AW LAB CLUB by giving adequate notice to members and allowing them to complete their ongoing activities within the terms provided; any rights acquired by members ofthe AW LAB CLUB will be unaffected.

Rewards from promotions, initiatives and/or prize competitions are intended for the member corresponding to the recipient AW LAB CLUB account only.

Compar is not responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, related to malfunction of the AW LAB CLUB and its management systems, which are beyond its control, but nevertheless undertakes, where possible, to make every effort to ensure that holders recover any benefits that may have accumulated and not been used.

Compar accepts no responsibility for the misuse of AW LAB CLUB membership by the member in cases in which careless custody of Members' Area access details has allowed third parties to benefit from the rewards accumulated by the member.

The Promoter will not accept any liability in the event of non-delivery of information regarding promotional initiatives or for any missing benefits and/or rewards caused by the provision of incorrect data by the member and/or non-existent contact information and/or any inefficiency caused by the Recipient's email inbox (e.g. spam filters, full mail boxes etc.).

In the event that a person registered with the AW LAB CLUB does not take any action to access the Club, or make transactions/purchases related to it , for a period longer than 5 years, Club membership may be revoked by Compar.

In the event that a member's access data for Members' Area of the Club is stolen, Compar must be promptly notified by email at privacy@aw-lab.com; upon which, after the member's identification data is verified, Compar will undertake to deactivate the account and cancel that membership by providing a new account and transferring any and all unused accumulated benefits.

If the use of an AW LAB CLUB membership or of the Members' Area can be confirmed to be improper or inappropriate in a way that violates these Regulations, including the transfer of access details to an individual other than the AW LAB CLUB member, Compar may revoke and/or cancel the membership without prior notice, and cancel any and all unused accumulated benefits.

Please note that HERE Stores also participate in the AW LAB CLUB.

In the event that participating Stores are relocated or temporarily or permanently closed, AW LAB CLUB members may continue to enjoy the relevant benefits at active and Online Stores.

The latest version of these Regulations will be available on the AW LAB CLUB sections of the https://www.aw-lab.com/ and https://www.here-store.com websites and in Store.

Compar may modify or cancel the conditions detailed in these Regulations at any time, with the understanding that no change, including the termination of the Club, will give any right of compensation to those registered with the AW LAB CLUB, without prejudice to the rights acquired; any changes will be promptly communicated to members of theAW LAB CLUB in the manner deemed most appropriate and in accordance with current regulations.

Any disputes relative to AW LAB CLUB membership will be subject to Italian law.
